These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of praxisome.com, including its webpages, forms, content, and related services, collectively referred to as the “Website.”
The Website is operated under the Praxisome name. In these Terms, “Praxisome,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the persons responsible for operating the Website and the Praxisome project.
By accessing or using the Website, requesting a demo, joining the waitlist, or contacting us through the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
1. About Praxisome
Praxisome is developing an operational knowledge and memory platform for software and engineering teams.
Praxisome is in development. Any descriptions of planned features, integrations, functionality, availability, release dates, or pricing are preliminary and may change without notice.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply only to:
- Your use of the Website
- Demo requests
- Waitlist registrations
- Information submitted through Website forms
- Communications relating to your request or registration
These Terms do not provide access to the Praxisome software or create a subscription, licence, customer relationship, partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, or other commercial arrangement.
Any future access to a prototype, beta version, paid service, customer account, or other Praxisome product may be governed by separate terms or agreements.
3. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
When you use the Website or submit information on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that organization and provide the submitted information.
4. Demo Requests
You may submit a request to learn more about Praxisome or receive a demonstration.
When submitting a demo request, you agree to provide accurate information and only provide personal or organizational information that you are authorized to share.
We may use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your request
- Communicate with you about Praxisome
- Understand your organization's needs
- Arrange or conduct a demonstration
- Follow up regarding your interest in Praxisome
Submitting a demo request does not guarantee that a demonstration will be provided or that you or your organization will receive access to the Praxisome product.
We may accept, decline, postpone, or discontinue a demo request at our discretion.
5. Waitlist
You may join the Praxisome waitlist to express interest in the product and receive relevant updates.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee:
- Access to the product
- Participation in a private or public beta
- Priority access
- A particular launch date
- Specific features or integrations
- Free or discounted access
- A particular subscription price
- Acceptance as a future customer
Product availability may be limited, delayed, changed, or discontinued.
Where required, consent to receive promotional or marketing communications will be collected separately through the relevant form. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications using the unsubscribe instructions included in the message.
6. Information You Submit
You are responsible for the information you submit through the Website.
You must not submit:
- False, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Information you are not authorized to provide
- Passwords, access tokens, security keys, or authentication credentials
- Source code or confidential technical information
- Personal information about another person without authorization
- Financial account information
- Health or medical information
- Trade secrets or other highly sensitive information
Website forms are intended for general enquiries, demo requests, and waitlist registration. They are not intended for transmitting confidential or sensitive business information.

All third-party names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

- Guarantees that an integration will become available

You may voluntarily provide suggestions, comments, ideas, or other feedback about Praxisome.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, feedback will not be treated as confidential. You permit us to use, modify, develop, and incorporate the feedback into Praxisome without payment, attribution, or other obligation to you.
Do not provide feedback containing confidential information, trade secrets, or information that you are not authorized to share.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It should not be treated as legal, financial, cybersecurity, compliance, or other professional advice.

A demonstration or discussion with Praxisome does not constitute an offer, guarantee, warranty, or commitment to enter into a commercial agreement.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no express, implied, statutory, or other warranties concerning the Website, including warranties relating to:

- Reliability
- Security
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose

This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim results from the unlawful conduct or negligence of Praxisome.

We may update these Terms as the Website, Praxisome product, business, or applicable requirements change.

Unless otherwise stated, updated Terms take effect when they are posted. Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms are posted means that you accept the revised Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
Subject to any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived, disputes relating to these Terms or the Website will be resolved by the courts of Ontario.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
22. No Waiver
A failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding your use of the Website.
They do not replace a separate written agreement that may apply to a future demonstration, beta program, product trial, subscription, or customer relationship.
